African Renaissance Trust is registered under Kenyan trust law and governed by a Board of Trustees. Transparency in leadership, advice and financial reporting is not an obligation we manage — it is how we build the institutional trust our work depends on.
Trust is a precondition for access.
We operate at the intersection of continental policy, sovereign donor relationships and community accountability. Every one of those relationships requires institutions to trust us with access, resources and influence.

Registered under the Trustees (Perpetual Succession) Act, Kenya, 2021 — a governance form designed for long-horizon institutional stewardship, not project-cycle delivery.

Annual external audit and unqualified financial reporting. Donor-compliant tax status confirmed with the Kenya Revenue Authority.
