Independent technical, legal and policy experts who provide counsel on programme design, institutional decisions and strategic direction. The panel has no executive authority — its function is kept deliberately distinct from governance.
How the panel works
Independent counsel.
Panel members are drawn from across the continent and bring deep thematic expertise in health, gender, law, economics and continental institutional processes. They are consulted at programme design stage, at strategic review points and on specific technical questions.
Panel membership is personal, not institutional. Advisors do not represent the organisations they are affiliated with when providing counsel to African Renaissance Trust.
