Ms Caroline Kwamboka N.
Trustee & Founding Director
Ms. Kwamboka is an International Development and Policy Advocacy Expert. Her expertise and counsel has inspired policy and political duty bearers to improve policies and sustain financial investments for health, gender and development across Africa. Her vocation has seen her lead winning multi-cultural teams and work closely with communities in over forty-four (44) countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, across Europe and in parts of Asia. Her conviction to advance dignity for Africa’s women and girls continues to energize and enable her deliver strategic, diplomatic and technically impactful interventions.

Dr Purity Njagi
Lead, Policy & Research
Purity Njagi leads the organization in utilizing evidence and insights to design high impact interventions. She is an international development professional passionate about optimizing evidence to improve programme quality and influence policy decisions. She has worked extensively across the African region implementing Health, Social Protection and Human Development interventions in government and not-for-profit sectors.
Purity has consulted and worked for various agencies across Africa, including the UN (WHO, UNICEF, UN-Habitat), financing agencies (USAID, DFID/FCDO, Global Fund, GAVI), Private sector (PwC, KPMG) and other International NGOs.
She holds a PhD in Policy Analysis from UNU-MERIT, Maastricht University – Netherlands, Master of Science in Medical Statistics, Master of art in Demography, and Bachelor of Education in Economics from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She has published high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals.

H. E. Prof. Sarah Anyang'
Lead, African Union Affairs & AU Commissioner Emeritus
H.E. Prof. Sarah Mbi Enow Anyang Agbor, is a Cameroonian and Professor of African and Commonwealth Literatures with over fifteen 25 years’ experience. She was elected by the African Union during the June/July 2017 summit as the Commissioner for Human Resources, Science and Technology, (HRST) and served in the African Union until January 2022.
Her expertise includes provision of technical support to Member States and African Union Regional Economic Communities (RECs). She continues to play key roles in the promotion of research and development and inter-African cooperation on education and training; youth empowerment and participation in the integration of the continent. In 2019, H.E. Prof. Sarah was named among the Inaugural List of 100 Most Influential African Women.

Ms Beatrice Ng'ethe
Lead, Corporate and Legal Affairs
Mr Ngure is a finance professional with over fifteen years’ experience acquired though his work in various institutions. He has worked with local and international profit and not- for profit organizations supporting their financial operations in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is passionate about crunching numbers to drive financial strategy. Herman Holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from United Stated International University – Africa (USIU) and a Bachelor of Business Management degree holder from Moi University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

James Ngechu is a seasoned communication and design expert with more than 10 years of experience in the health, youth, rights, environment, population, and development sectors. He is highly skilled in developing concepts, creating captivating designs, and executing strategic communication plans. As a creative director, James has a unique ability to transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. He is also an adept event planner who has successfully managed various high-profile events, from large-scale conferences to intimate workshops. He holds a Barchelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies – Community Development, a Diploma in Terrestrial and Coastal Navigation and Certificates in Justice and Equity in Technology Policy and International Security Management.
James is a team player who values collaboration and believes in building the capacity of those around him. He has a proven track record of working closely with organizations and stakeholders to identify and address communication challenges. Additionally, he is highly skilled in communication management, brand creation and nurturing, graphic design, photography, and video production. James is passionate about using his skills to promote sustainable development and uphold human rights. With his wealth of experience, he is well-equipped to help organizations achieve their communication and design goals in a dynamic and ever-changing world

Mr Eli Kwasivura
Consultant, Policy Advisor
Mr. Elie is a bi-lingual policy a political scientist who has specialized in development and integration of African Union policies and priorities. He expertise includes law of international organizations and non-governmental organizations. Pan-African proactive diplomacy in areas of peace and security, prevention of genocide and mass atrocities, transitional justice, women; peace and security, governance in post-conflict and post-genocide societies. He plays a key role in the facilitation of policy consultations with relevant AU political bodies and convening of regional round tables between decision-makers and civil society actors.
Mr. Elie’s continental coverage includes the African Union Commission International Conference of the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) in partnership with SADC, Search for Common Ground, Oxfam Novib, Accord international, Université Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs.

Dr Giada is a lawyer with expertise in International Politics, Cooperation and Development. She has worked in Angola, Mozambique and Kenya over the past 15 years developing and managing social inclusion projects. These include key roles at the Fondazione Terre Des Hommes Italia, TDHIT in Maputo, Mozambique and Associazione italiana Amici di Raoul Follereau AIFO as Inclusion of People with Disability Consultant.

Ms Suad Rashid
Research Officer
Ms. Suad is an Epidemiologist who is passionate about health sciences, the study of epidemics and the patterns they form. As a research officer, she develops programmes that identify the underlying risk factors that lead to the spread of infection, and implements interventions that reduce their spread and impact.
She provides essential support in methodology development and leads surveys, interviews, field observation and social laboratory tests. She is well versed in using statistical tools such as epidemiological analysis, simulation studies and shared decision models, to understand and analyse population health. Her excellent communication, research and decision-making skills, as well as her understanding of the political and economic forces that can affect the spread and control of disease has positioned her as a great asset in African Renaissance.
