H. E Ms. Sekgoma B.

BOARD MEMBER

Ms Sekgoma is from Botswana. She serves as a Board Member of the African Renaissance Trust and brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience on board.

Besides, Ms. Sekgoma is the current Secretary General of the South African Development Community Parliamentary Forum- SADC-PF. Serving as a crucial regional interparliamentary body, the SADC-PF comprises esteemed Members of Parliament from SADC national parliaments, collectively representing an impressive cohort of over 3,500 parliamentarians hailing from the 16 SADC Member States.

These countries include Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. In this influential capacity, Ms Sekgoma plays an instrumental role in fostering collaboration and facilitating essential dialogue among the member states, advancing the region’s socio-economic and political interests.

Mr Francis Kariuki Ndiga

Trustee

Francis Ndiga is a founding Trustee of the African Renaissance. He possesses over 25 years’ experience as a Kenyan Agri-Economist with extensive skills set in finance, international affairs, logistics management, product portfolio development and contract negotiation.

Mr. Francis brings on board excellent business acumen and financial management skills including linkages to key political decision-making systems across East Africa.

With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a vision for growth, Mr Francis brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative ideas to the table. His presence as a Trustee of African Renaissance fortifies the organization’s foundation and inspires positive change within Africa.

Ms Beatrice Ng’ethe

Member

Beatrice Ng’ethe is an accomplished advocate of the High Court of Kenya boasting dual expertise as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Secretary. 

With an illustrious career spanning more than 8 years in the realms of law and finance, she takes charge of all African Renaissance legal affairs and guarantees absolute financial compliance with statutory regulations.

Ms. Beatrice brings an unparalleled level of professionalism, coupling her extensive legal knowledge with a profound understanding of financial intricacies.

As a seasoned practitioner, Ms. Beatrice watchful eye ensures that all African Renaissance legal matters are handled with utmost diligence, ensuring that the organization legal needs are in capable hands. Her multifaceted background empowers her to tackle complex legal challenges while simultaneously safeguarding financial interests.

Mr Brucker M.

Board Member

Mr Brucker is from Germany. He serves as a board member of the African Renaissance Trust.
Currently, Mr Brucker serves as the Regional Director of Faith to Action Network, in charge of Europe. Faith to Action Network supports faith actors across the world to empower people to live healthy, peaceful, quality lives.

He brings on board 15 years of experience in resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluating international aid/cooperation programs, health financing, budget and policy tracking and analysis, sexual and reproductive health and rights, voice and accountability and gender equality.

Ms Caroline Kwamboka N.

Trustee

Caroline Kwamboka leads the Trust as its vision bearer, passionately ensuring that its mission is alive.
With a background as an accomplished International Development and Policy Advocacy Expert, Ms. Caroline has been instrumental in inspiring policy makers and political leaders to prioritize and enhance policies, as well as sustain financial investments, in the crucial areas of health, gender, and development throughout Africa.
Having worked extensively across Africa, Europe, and parts of Asia, Ms. Caroline has cultivated a wealth of experience in leading successful multicultural teams and forging strong connections with communities in over forty-four (44) Sub-Saharan African countries.

At the heart of her dedication lies an unwavering commitment to advancing the dignity of Africa’s women and girls. This unwavering conviction fuels her ability to implement strategic, diplomatic, and technically impactful interventions, making her a driving force for positive change.
In her role as a Trustee and Director, Ms. Caroline ensures that the African Renaissance vision remains alive and thriving, contributing to a brighter future for Africa and its people. Her expertise, counsel, and genuine passion for the cause continue to be an inspiration to all those who work alongside her and benefit from her visionary leadership.
