Ms Caroline Kwamboka N.
Trustee & Founding Director
Ms. Kwamboka is an International Development and Policy Advocacy Expert. Her expertise and counsel has inspired policy and political duty bearers to improve policies and sustain financial investments for health, gender and development across Africa. Her vocation has seen her lead winning multi-cultural teams and work closely with communities in over forty-four (44) countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, across Europe and in parts of Asia. Her conviction to advance dignity for Africa’s women and girls continues to energize and enable her deliver strategic, diplomatic and technically impactful interventions.

Mr Francis Kariuki Ndiga
Trustee & Board Member
Mr. Francis Kariuki Ndiga is the Founder and current Chief Executive Director of Akamai Freight Forwarders. He provides leadership and coordinates the implementation of customized solutions for clients especially in the Eastern Africa region.
Mr. Ndiga has extensive professional experience in logistics management, product portfolio development, quantitative financial analysis and contract negotiation. His good understanding of the dynamics in international & local transportation, stock control, and warehousing have ensured he delivers professional cutting edge services to both individual and corporate clients. He has a well-established organizational structure in Mombasa and Nairobi and provides key functional advisory to ensure clients understand all processes, legislation and policies involved in the supply chain. Mr. Ndiga supports communication and liaison with a variety of parties involved in the supply chain including suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
His marketing and sales acumen spans over the last 20 years and encompasses: handling and execution of over 20,000 freight forwarding assignments; development and evaluation of 7 strategic marketing plans and budgets to advance freight business; development of 12 freight advertising and direct mail campaigns; and the roll out of 5 freight market studies. He continues to utilize his skills in diplomacy within International, Regional and Local processes that involve addressing issues of international trade – e.g. participation in regional policy reviews of New East African Customs Union. In December 2009, Mr. Ndiga excelled by merit and graduated with an East African Customs Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate [EACFFPC] that is essential in conducting online freight business in Eastern Africa. At the community level, Mr. Ndiga serves in a non-profit capacity as a Board Member in a District Boys High School in Kirinyaga.
Mr. Ndiga holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Agric-Economics (Egerton University) and Master of Arts in International Studies (University of Nairobi). His areas of study and expertise include among others Diplomacy, Economics, Trade, Foreign Policy, International Law, International Business, Conflict Management, Financial Accounting and Marketing.

Hon Dr Kalila C.
Board Member
Honourable Dr Christopher Kalila trained as a Medical Doctor and served mostly as a General Practitioner and a Family Practitioner for over seventeen (17) years before entering the world of politics through being nominated to Parliament and appointed Deputy Minister of Youth Sports in 2008. He served in the same capacity in the Ministry of Works and Supply in 2009 before being reassigned as Deputy Minister of Health in 2010 until September 2011 when Zambia again went for general elections. He contested the elections and won the Lukulu East Parliamentary seat which he held for 5 years and also served as Chairman of the Parliamentary of Education. In 2016 he contested the same seat and won. During this period he served as Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Health, Community Development and Social Services, and Chairman of the Zambian TB Caucus. In the recently held national elections (2021), Hon Kalila managed to retain his seat and continues to advance the interest of the TB Caucus.

Ms Beatrice Ng'ethe
Lead, Corporate and Legal Affairs
Mr Ngure is a finance professional with over fifteen years’ experience acquired though his work in various institutions. He has worked with local and international profit and not- for profit organizations supporting their financial operations in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is passionate about crunching numbers to drive financial strategy. Herman Holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from United Stated International University – Africa (USIU) and a Bachelor of Business Management degree holder from Moi University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
